These recipes include everything from appetizers to desserts. It also has a section on milk allergies, what it is, symptoms, etc. This book is new but has been on the shelf for a while. Originally published in 1991 this paperback version was published in 1998. It is in new condition except for some cover fading and very light page edge tanning.
